Dr. Pal is a seasoned poultry health expert with over 28 years of experience in diagnostics, R&D, production, and global collaborations. He led the development and commercialisation of 37+ poultry vaccines, including India’s thermostable Newcastle disease vaccine.

He has led efforts to diagnose and control major outbreaks in commercial poultry and has advised farms, pharma companies, government bodies, and academic institutions. Internationally trained in vaccine quality control and R&D—such as at Maine Biological, USA—he held leadership roles including Vice President of R&D and Head of Quality Control at a top vaccine manufacturer.

Dr. Pal also developed diagnostic tools like ELISA kits and molecular protocols, with research published in top journals and global databases like GenBank. Known for combining scientific rigor with practical insight, he helps vaccine startups and manufacturers improve productivity, compliance, and disease control.
